Bonde’s order tracking pages give your customers a branded shipment tracking experience on your own domain, with product recommendations and optional discount offers.

Installation steps

Create your first tracking page

In the Bonde app, go to Tracking and click Create Page.Add blocks to your page — at minimum, include a Tracking status block and an Order items block.

Customize your theme

Set your logo, brand colors, and typography in the theme editor. Your Shopify brand logo is automatically detected if available.

Add product recommendations (optional)

Add a Shop again block and create Order Tracking upsells in the Upsells tab. Assign them to the block to show product recommendations.

Enable discount codes (optional)

In the Shop again block settings, toggle on Offer a discount code and configure the discount type, value, and optional expiry.

Activate the page

Toggle the page to Active. Tracking URLs are automatically generated for new fulfillments.
