The Shop again block on your tracking page shows product recommendations to encourage repeat purchases. You can hand-pick products, use intelligent recommendations powered by purchase data, or combine both.

How recommendations work

Product recommendations on the tracking page are powered by the same upsell system used across Bonde. Create Order Tracking upsells in the Upsells tab, then assign them to a Shop again block on your tracking page. Each product displays with an image, title, price, and an Add button that takes the customer directly to their cart.

Setting up recommendations

Create an Order Tracking upsell

Go to Upsells and click Create Upsell. Select Order Tracking as the type.Add trigger conditions (optional) and select the products you want to recommend.

Add a Shop again block

In the tracking page builder, add a Shop again block to your page layout.

Select upsells for the block

In the block settings, choose which Order Tracking upsells feed this block. Leave empty to show all active Order Tracking upsells.

Set max products

Configure how many product recommendations to show (1-8). Defaults to 4.

Recommendation modes

ModeDescription
ManualHand-picked products from your upsell offers. Best when you know exactly what to recommend.
IntelligentAuto-selected based on co-purchase patterns. Products are A/B tested and optimized over time.
HybridManual offers show first, intelligent fills remaining slots. Best of both worlds.
To use intelligent mode, mark your Order Tracking upsell as Intelligent when creating it. Bonde analyzes your order history to find products frequently bought together and continuously optimizes which products are shown.

Trigger conditions

Order Tracking upsells support the same trigger conditions as other upsell types:
  • Product in order: Show when specific products were in the order
  • Cart value minimum: Show when the order total exceeds an amount
  • Collection: Show when products from a specific collection were in the order
