The subscription widget displays on your product detail pages, allowing customers to choose between one-time purchase and subscription options. By default, the widget only shows for products that have subscription plans configured.

Installation

Open the theme customizer

Navigate to Online Store > Themes > Customize.

Go to your product template

Select the product template where you want to add the subscription widget.

Add the app block

Add the Bonde: Subscription PDP app block to your product form.

Save your changes

Click Save to publish your changes.

Customization

Click on the app block in the theme customizer to access configuration options:
  • Colors: Match your theme colors
  • Text and labels: Customize the subscription option text
  • Display settings: Configure how the widget appears

How it works

When a product has subscription plans configured:
  1. The widget displays one-time purchase and subscription options
  2. Customers select their preferred frequency from a dropdown
  3. The subscription discount is shown next to the subscription option
  4. When they add to cart, the subscription plan is attached to the cart item
